  Mark and Tina were amazing to to work with through the entire process. I have partnered with a number of different agents and brokerages in the past and have high expectations of my agent. Mark and Tina delivered. They are by far some of the best realtors I have ever worked with. This team is always professional and we always felt like we were their top priority and that our interests were being represented.   A local real estate agent helped me purchase a home I found listed by Mark and Tina. I was very impressed with the experience I had with them and how they conducted themselves. They were highly professional, their knowledge and expertise were evident. This was so much so, I asked them to sell my home. They knew the intended market for my house, especially how to price and market it. I was shocked, they were right on the money with what they had discussed with me pre-sale. They had three offers over the listing price. They easily handled having 36 showings in 2 1/2 days. It went so well. The pictures their photographer took captured The best of my house.   If you are looking to buy a home in Bucks County, I cannot possibly recommend Mark and Tina enough. Much thanks to Mark's knowledge of the market and honest advice, we made an offer on an incredible house. Unfortunately for us, the seller was *extremely* difficult. We had every obstacle that could be thought of thrown our way... and I firmly believe that the only reason we ended up closing on our house was because of Mark and Tina. We always felt as though we were their top priority - and I never doubted for a second that they had our best interests in mind.
