  Without reservation, we recommend our realtor, Sherri Belfus to any and all! We were so very blessed to have Sherri with us through every step in finding and buying our new home and selling our previous one. A few important qualities come to mind…Sherri is SO PATIENT, always responsive, professional, detailed and informative and an amazing problem solver!! She made everything as easy as possible...and always went the "extra mile". We could go on and on...really though, if there was a 5 star rating system, Sherri would get 10 from us!   We have done business with Meg Roth at Class Harlan three times now. She is EXCEPTIONAL. Buying and selling can be stressful and Meg is an expert at making it as stress free as possible...and fun! She and her team helped stage our home, were clear about the work we needed to put in preparing the house, and helped us close a deal 40k over asking. With our most recent purchase Meg helped us get in the door on the same day the listing went up (timing is vital in the current market) and had our offer in the seller’s hands that day (we ending up getting our offer accepted with Meg’s guidance on formulating the offer).   From the moment we met Heather Walton of Class-Harlan, she exuded sincerity, reliability, kindness, and a deep knowledge about Doylestown and the surrounding areas.   Heather Walton is an amazing realtor. I highly recommend her and Class-Harlan for anyone looking in the Doylestown area.   I would have rated zero stars. One of their agents sold a house to me , her own residence and greatly exaggerated the sq footage of the home which had a huge impact when I had the home assessed. I reported her to the state board of licensing. She never admitted her mistake, never tried to make things right

  Horrible experience with a realtor here this weekend. They would not get back to me on a time to schedule a showing after promising me they would as soon as we got off our initial phone call. I understand it gets busy but we are adults and I do not have time to sit around while hoping for the professional to reach out to me and this is after several calls and texts to them on my end with no response. The place I was supposed to see got rented but they did not reach out to me to tell me...left me hanging and trying to contact them to schedule a time still. When they finally did a day and a half later it was only through a text. No call just a text filled with excuses. That is so poor and I will let others know of my bad experience with this realty company. It takes two seconds to call and even leave a voice mail to say "hey the place is rented I'm sorry" .. but I got nothing. This is such an unprofessional way to deal with a potential renter.

We have done our research on the experience you had and have learned that extenuating circumstances with regard to this property including, but not limited to: being tenant-occupied, and notice required for showings, multiple rental applications submitted, poor weather and unavailability of the agent added to the situation. We are sorry they did not get back to you in a timely fashion...unfortunately, due to the nature of this business, and our relying on our clients and other people's schedules, sometimes follow-up may not be as efficient as one might hope. We strive to exceed our clients expectations whenever possible, and this time that did not happen for you and we are sorry. Good luck with your property searching.
