  Mark has done it again! He has made the home refinancing process as easy and painless as it was when I first bought my home 9 years ago! Mark has now been my mortgage loan officer twice in the last 9 years and he is great at his job. He helped me through the process quickly and responded within minutes to answer any questions I had to help me through the entire process, and it required very little effort from me. I rate him 5 stars only because I couldn't rate any higher!!! Thanks again Mark!

  Mark was phenomenal. He reviewed lending options, explained pros and cons of each, and explained every step in obtaining a loan. He would even take my calls on weekends. Since I was moving from California to Kentucky, he referred me to a realtor in the area who was just as phenomenal as him.

  We are so glad that we went with Mark for our mortgage loan! We are big online shoppers, looking for the best deal. We are happy that we decided to use a local mortgage lender for our house purchase. With new construction, there were a lot of little issues along the way, and changes in our closing timeline. Mark was always available to answer our questions. He is very responsive, and was very reassuring and flexible throughout the process. Additionally, he offered us very competitive rates for our loan. We cannot recommend him strongly enough as your lender for your next house purchase or refinance. Mark clearly is the best!
