  Wow! Where do I begin? We were looking to buy the house we had been renting for the past 8 years and already considered our home and I was nervous that we couldn't do it. Moreover it was a for sale by owner situation and working without an agent meant I was on my own. Or so I thought. Luckily I was referred to Finance of America Mortgage and found myself speaking with Mark. He settled my nerves and explained things to me step by step, he ACTUALLY listened and gave me pointers and tips, he took the time to make sure I understood the process. Never once did I feel rushed or set aside as I did when attempting to deal with our credit union or other lenders who took days to even call back. And by the way your bank doesn't have access to nearly the amount of products that a mortgage lender can offer you. Mark was always responsive to my voicemails and emails, not sure when this guy eats, let alone sleeps. What else can I say except that I highly recommend Mark and the team from Brent Wilson's office! Genuine and good people who can help you become a homeowner too :-)
