  This phone process worked great for me. Never had to leave the house. I am disabled and with everyone being on quarantine I never had to be around anyone to take a chance of catching it. Terri Lynch explained every detail page by page and made sure that I understood what she was telling me. Great customer service on returning phone calls and being patient while I got her what information she needed fto process loan. Also this branch store is 45-60 minutes away from where I live. I didn't have to drive anywhere. This process was different but in this day and time changes help sometimes. Thanks for everything.

  Trent was efficient and very professional. Everything was handled as promised. In office tome was minimal. Appointment time, no wait, CDC guidelines followed.
