  I have been doing business with Mariner in Calhoun for over 10 years. However back then they went under a different name. The staff has always made me feel like a friend while maintaining top notch customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of financing assistance. Always professional, ,friendly and courteous.

  I've never had a bad experience with the people at Mariner. Everyone has been pleasant and professional. Not one person has ever been rude or condescending. After dealing with nasty people in the past from other companies they are a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

  The people who work in the Calhoun office are very friendly and helpful. I will use Mariner frequently because they are very professional, and their loans are very competitive in the market. The fact that I can arrange for the loan over the phone from home, and once that loan acceptance goes through, I just have to stop by the office and sign the papers which makes getting a loan so much easier and less stress.

  I applied for a loan over the weekend on line. On the next business day I was contacted giving the employee(Abby) my information that she asked for. I received a call from her stating I had the loan for the amount requested. The ride from Rome to Calhoun is around 25 minutes. On my way to the Calhoun location I received another call from Abby stating they would only be able to do half the amount requested. I was disappointed and told her I was already over half way there so I would take the loan for the amount they would do it for. After we hung up I received a call from a man named William from their office that I had never spoke to informing me very rudely that they would not be able to do anything for me. I was at a loss for words with the way he spoke to me with a ttone of disrespect.I called customer relations concerning the unprofessional way I was treated. I would not recommend this location for you.
