  If I could leave a zero star I would. This place is the worst to deal with. I called to changed my payment date by 3 days they say it can't be changed. I have been making my payments on the 7th of every month, on the 10th I get a letter about my payment. The date of the letter is the 7th this is when I make my payments. I love the Mechanicsburg location they had never give me this much hassle before. Trust me when I say this, as soon as this is paid off in a few months I will never deal with this location again!

  This place is fantastic! I dealt with Karen Sage, who was beyond personable and professional. Not only is she quick with getting your paperwork done but she is full of knowledge. I literally left there feeling so good because of her. I Have never left a place just in "aw" of the service I received until I dealt with Karen! She is amazing, 100/10.

  I had a loan with mariner I paid it off with final payment and was charged too much and my address changed I called Brian over in Chambersburg for 3 weeks to change address for overpayment to be mailed out Brian refused to call me back or when I called into office .the lady lied to me and said he wasn't in the office when I'm sitting in parking lot and can see him .so I walked into office .Brian wouldn't talk to me and would not check to see what address was wrong ....he was very ignorant and rude I will never get a loan from these despicable ppl again

  This is not the first time I’ve dealt with the Chambersburg, PA office. The staff are incredibly helpful and respond quickly. They walk you through the loan process and take the time to make sure you understand every detail. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
