  I love this location so much. At mariner on Dallas parkway, the ladies are very friendly and helpful . My representative Helen was very informative and educated on the loan process. She answered all of my questions in great detail. Keep up the great work mariner!!!!

  very very rude experience, the mean lady inside harassed my baseball team for waiting to get everybody before we left. threatening to call the cops. i never want to return to the area in general. she scared me.

  harassed my baseball team for just waiting outside after our in and out. very unfriendly, even threatened to calm the cops for such a small thing.

  Fonika was great. Great customer service, great attitude and very pleasant personality. 15250 Dallas Parkway location. I came in and she was assisting another customer on the phone and her manager just sat me down in a room. Fonika came in was very polite and made sure everything was ok and that I was well taken care of. Thanks for being you!

  The staff is absolutely terrible! They have no patience, are rude, and have no common sense. They need to be fired especially the brunette lady!

  It was a very pleasant experience. All the personal were very friendly and helpful. Ms Thomas was exceptional. She handled my situation in a very timely manner. She was able to get an approval for my loan and carefully explained everything. A wonderful place to ask for a loan. They work hard to accommodate their customers.
