  Horrible experience throughout. When I originally got my loan, I was told that I HAD to get the life insurance included with the loan. I found out over a year later from a different branch that that wasn’t the case. They were able to cancel my insurance but not reimburse me for the money I paid already under false pretenses. I ended up paying my loan off 6 months early and they were to send me back the title of my car that was originally used as collateral for the loan. Turns out that they had sent my title to the wrong address, even though my current, correct address was the one displayed on my account. The title was then sent back PennDot. Their only advice and solution is for me to drive to PennDot myself to “maybe” retrieve my title. “It should be okay, they should be able to give it to you.” That is a 3 hour round trip for me. The company employs people that are willing to bold face lie to your face to hit their quota. The company did nothing to reimburse my money even after admitting that their employee lied to me. The company made no attempt to right any of their wrongs. Stay far away from this company as a whole if you can help it.
