  Applied online. They said they couldn't verify my email? Then proceeded to say email was fixed and verified. When attempting to log back in, received the same error. Spoke to the helpdesk guy again and he proceeds to give me the address of the nearest location and hours and to call? My last message to the helpdesk team was that its unfortunate but withdraw/cancel my application. Today I receive a random 414 call with no advanced knowledge, so naturally I do not answer. The same 414 # calls again, which I do the same, assume they'd leave a voicemail. Receive a text message from the same number.... "Beth at Mariner Finance again" When are you free to get on the phone with one of our reps at Brookfield?". Lol excuse me? Does Beth have no sense of customer service, whatsoever, or... This company is terrible at communication, their website doesn't work, and their support staff should remove "support" from their names.

  I am very pleased with this company, 2nd time I used them. Everything is handled so quickly, which is important when you need funds fast. Nina from my branch office was wonderful to work with and very friendly.

  The process was easy from start to finish, I have had a relationship with this company for two years. I have never had an issue, I would recommend Mariner , low monthly payments; the coverages that you get with the loan are awesome.

  Im a person who believes in good customer service. If u cant give me that u won't get my business. The rep was Very nice, Very paitent, Very punctual, and made sure I understood everything. I now consider them part of my village. Im not the easiest customer to deal with. I work during their business hours and im a single mother of 4. I dont have time to do anything. On top of that I'm scared of the cooties so my family quarantines we don't Corn-teen, but they worked with me, i didnt feel rushed or anything, and i got just what I needed.
