  I did not deal with anyone directly from the company. Cooper Water Systems advised me I could get 0% APR for 12 months for my new water softener from Mariner. I worked with Cooper's representative and was approved same day.

  This branch was absolutely amazing! I never had a problem with them regarding financing, though my credit score is not the greatest, and their staff are truly genuine. I received a loan right before Christmas and Mariner Finance was the lienholder on my car because who really thinks that something is going to happen to their property? Well, my car was totalled in February. I called Mariner Finance the day after my accident and the response I got in return was warm and concerning "...if there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know." I knew they were going to get paid through my claim and of course they knew they were going to get paid, but I received a follow up call asking how I was doing and if there was anything else they could do for me. Who does that? I don't do reviews, but I read the negative reviews out there previously and I just wanted to say that if you are reading the negative reviews and have doubts, just call them. Their staff truly cares about what they do and I am so grateful for that.

  What I love about Mariner is that they were able to help me when others would not. They made my process quick and easy and even offered to do a remote closing as a convenience to me.
