  Applied for a loan over a week ago. Filled out application online. A lady from the local branch called me to gather more information (whole life story). Never heard from them again. I don't believe they want to give out loans at warsaw location. I know I qualify for a loan.

  I received a call from Stephanie Metsker at this office, stating I owned payments on a 2005 Acura. I've never owned an 2005 Acura in my entire life. It is not ok to call people at their workplace, especially when you have the wrong information on them. If you do have business with this company, I suggest looking elsewhere. Stephanie, get your information right next time before you start calling people for payments.
