  If I could give a negative number as a review I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. My mom and I walked in to the office and at first had a positive interaction with a young man seated at the second desk. He was polite asking Mom how can he help her. As she is telling him why she is there the woman at the third desk back overhears and starts shouting orders at him and shouting the rest of my moms business over the expanse of the office the remainder or the visit. (The young man left after making a photocopy.) She was uncaring and unsympathetic that my father had just died. She loudly spoke to Mom and a person on the phone about his death and his nonpayment (bc he died!). She never invited Mom to her desk, never invited her to sit, never came forward to speak to her face to face, and definitely didn't offer condolences. When we were leaving I grabbed her card and to my surprise when I read it in the car, she is the BRANCH MANAGER!!! Obviously they need some business training and customer service training.

  Our air-conditioner quit! We already had a loan with Mariner, so I called and asked for help. Their response and ability to help me navigate over phone contract was outstanding! Thank you Mariner 😊

  The employee at this company are rude say they will call me with in an hour and doesn't and when you leave a voice mail they never return your call. If I could give this company no stars I would I don't recommend them.

  I filled out an application and over a week, after following up, emailing, and calling and not getting a response as to if I was approved or not I called and was told that I wasn't approved. I thought I would've had a response within 2-3 days and got nothing. I feel like this was handled in an unprofessional matter.
