  I had lost all faith in MFCU but there are 2(branches) that deserve a shout out. The MFCU on Camp Lejeune near the exchange and the Wilmington branch on College. Ms. Joanna, Lenna, and Vee are wonderful examples of why I joined this credit union 30 years ago. Thank you ladies for a job well done.

  Tried to deposit money order, they rudely turned us away without even looking at it and said it’s not possible. Went to another credit union nearby and they helped us right away.

  They will nickel and dime you any way they can. How dare you charge me 4.95 extra a month because I won't give you access to take my car payment directly out of my account. I have never been late on my payment yet you want to force me into Auto pay. What a bunch of crooks!!

  Personal and friendly. This is not the average bank. They are very helpful and super attentive to your needs.

  Worst Credit Union ever. They nickel and dime you with fees for everything and customer support is poor. Online services are frustrating.

  I had to pay my husband's credit card payment over the phone due to a migraine. The representative couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I have been to the branch in person and received the same level of service.

  Absolutely worst experience ever. We have been customers with them for 15 years and tried to refinance our home in October. Not only did they repeatedly lose our paperwork (which had to be resubmitted) it took them 4 months to pick up the phone and order the appraisal. Dealing with Grace King was a nightmare. I never would have believed such a lack of professionalism existed until I experienced it myself. Please think twice before using them, there are other credit unions out there.

  Call center is not open in the evening and the recorded message only says it's open at 8 am not what time it closes. Meanwhile, I can call Navy Fed about my account there any day or time. Been a long time member but having a really hard time justifying not moving everything to NFCU and this is one more reason why I should.

  I have been with them for decades and they have always provided me with fantastic service online in person and over the phone.

  I have always had the best customer experience at this bank. I love it here. Maybe th people that had a bad experience were having a bad day
