  I had never experienced the process of buying a home, especially a Sale by owner process and FHA. I had a difficult time getting approved with other lenders as a self-employed, however when I began the FHA loan process with Marina, from the start she was very supportive and patient throughout the entire process. If I had any questions, even late night or on weekends, Marina would answer and was responsive. She was able to get funding cleared incredibly quick and I would not have closed on my first home if it wasn’t for her! I would absolutely recommend Marina 1000% as your Loan Originator and I highly recommend anyone especially if it’s going to be your first time. She will make it happen!

  I typically don't post reviews for things online, but I believe that credit is due where it is deserved. I didn't know Marina before buying my house and this was my first interaction with her. From the start, Marina was very attentive and knowledgeable. I could tell right away she's been in the business for a long time and was familiar with all the nuances of getting a loan funded. She guided me along the way and stayed on top of my paperwork. Communication with her was easy as she quickly responded to my emails and calls. I would definitely recommend Marina to my friends and family and would use her again if I was buying another house.

  Excellent! Marina is very responsive and professional made the experience as first time home buyer easy. She explained every bit of the process step by step and communication was perfect i was aware of what step we were in and wich step followed. She was a great guide throughout the loan and made sure we closed on time.   I had a great experience working with Marina during my Sale by owner process. As the loan originator for the buyer of my house, she was very supportive of both of us through the entire process. Very responsive. I reached out with questions several times throughout the process and Marina always responded within 30min after emailing her, 7 days a week. Fast underwriter. My buyers funding cleared incredibly quick and we closed on the house inside of 30days of entering escrow, even with hangups on one of the VA inspections. I would absolutely recommend Marina as your Loan Originator and she will be the first I call if I plan to purchase a home in the future.

  I never post reviews however Marina made the experience of getting a home loan extremely easy. She will keep things simple, be responsive, provide great education and always place you’re best interest first. She was always responsive throughout the process.   My experience with Marina was the best!! Marina helped us purchase our first home. She made it clear and simple, all you have to do is have all your paperwork and good credit score, if not she’ll help you bring your credit score up!! It was effective communication and she answers your questions right away. We were very pleased with the mortgage loan rate she offered and made it happed all super fast. Once we gathered all the paperwork requested, a month later we moved in to our beautiful house in Yucaipa. We are very grateful, she is the best! ❤️
