  There are not enough good words to say about Mary and Marimark Mortgage. Mary is dependable, and goes out of her way to make sure all questions are answered very quickly. During the time of our home loan process Mary went out of town, actually out of the country. She called us while she was vacationing to assure us our loan process was on target. During the call she made sure we were satisfied with everything to that point. We would use Marimark Mortgage, LLC over and again for sure,

  Had a great experience refinancing our home with Marimark Mortgage.   I am finding it difficult to express how much I appreciate the team here at Marimark Mortgage.   Mary was the picture of professionalism and service from the very start. Typically answered my calls on the first try or contacted me back within an hour otherwise. Always answered my questions completely and quickly via email, and best of all they closed my refinance with the best rate and costs around...and on time!   I just recently did a refinance because I had heard that rates were good. I called around several places but eventually went with Marimark Mortgage because Ms. Catchur was the most knowledgeable and was willing to work on a subordination from my second mortgage. The loan paperwork was processed by her assistant Jana Bear who was very nice and always responsive to my calls and questions. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking to refinance or cash out equity. Thanks for everything!
