  0 stars I been in the process to buy a house with them for 5 months. At the end everything was cancel. I would NEVER recommend them. They don't process anything in time, they don't answer email, they don't communicate. The process of our loan was in Mateo Espárrago hands and it was a nightmare! -10 ⭐️

  I was lucky enough to work with Ricky. We were first time home buyers and Ricky was always there to answer any question even if it was a petty one. He walked us through the process step by step. We were scheduled to close on 9/11/2020 and even with all the business and all the home sales they made it happen, we closed ON TIME. I really would love to see Ricky recognized for his stellar knowledge and personality. I could go on all day about all the positive but I'm limited to 500 characters

  Great staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive. When questions arose, they were quick to respond. Ricky was my main point of contact and VERY HELPFUL every step of the way. I worked with Ricky for both the original fiance process and my refinance. The entire process went smoothly each time with all the help and hard work from Ricky and his team. I would definitely recommend LHFS and will continue to work with them in the future.

  Adam is amazing! Very thorough, easy to work with, answered all of our questions quickly. We were previously working with a broker who dropped the ball. Adam picked up that ball and got the momentum back going with our loan, even during covid! He truly saved the day, and am so grateful to have had him on our team!
