  Margaret was amazing to work with. She always went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, kind , and helpful. I felt so comfortable with her. Margaret helped me in this crazy market when I got out of a contract and into a new one on the same day. Her hard work made it possible for me to close on the new home in a very fast timeframe.   Margaret by far was one on the best lenders to work with. Even though we were through a challenging market. She made sure everything she sent us that we understood it. Margaret was very attentive, professional and so kind. She made the buying process just a little smoother. When I called in the evening she was there to help. I give her 5 stars. I highly recommend her when buying a home.

  We just purchased a home in Sterling, CO. and Margaret was out loan officer. We needed to move quickly for various reasons and Margaret was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was very prompt in handling all the paperwork, kept us up to date constantly, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. We heartily recommend her!!!

  The processing of purchasing a home in a competitive market is enough stress to deal with.   Awesome!!! Margaret was absolutely awesome!! She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions!! Margaret was very happy to assist us with the purchase of our new home!   Is there an option for more than 5 stars?... My fiancé and I just purchased our first home and Margaret was AMAZING through the whole process! She was always available and very helpful with everything! Margaret went above and beyond for us and educated us on a lot to ensure that we were comfortable and had the least amount of stress through the whole process! We can’t thank her enough, we love this woman!!!!

  Margaret is amazing! We were selling and buying at the same time and we were concerned about the process. Margaret always fully explained everything, was very responsive when we had questions and was always fully prepared at each stage of the process. We especially learned how lucky we were when our process was held up a couple of times due to the other parties' lender making mistakes. She was an absolute pleasure and we are so thankful for having worked with her.
