  Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying and refinancing my homes. I have used Legacy Mutual Mortgage for 2 new home purchases, and a refinance. Every transaction went flawlessly and couldn't have asked for a better team to be working on my mortgages. The communication that Jessica and her team had with my wife and I was amazing. Any question we had was answered immediately. We met every deadline and we closed on our houses in less than a month every time. I can also say that if it weren't for Jessica and her team, my wife and I would have never got our HUD home. Thanks to their hard work, negotiation skills, and never give up mentality we were able to work out a deal with HUD that got us our first home! Thank you again for your hard work! We couldn't be happier!

  Working with Kris and Jessica with NFM Lending was such a great experience. As a first time homebuyer, the experience was completely foreign. Kris took the time to understand the needs we had going into it and was available every step of the way to answer questions all the way to our closing on our first house. If you see the Back on Market homes due to "buyer's financing fell through" - NFM Lending prepares you to NEVER have that happen to you. Their employees deliver friendly, professional, around-the-clock care and they know their stuff.

  Jessica, Kris, and Blanca were super helpful throughout my loan process. They are incredibly responsive, supportive, and overall great to work with. My personal experience with the group included several instances where they deliberately made decisions to save me money (like holding off on locking in the rate when they expected rates to fall over the weekend). I recommend anyone to them that needs any kind of lending services.

  I am in the house of my dreams and I honestly don't think it would have been possible without The Uphoff Team. My situation was unique and instead of letting my limitations dictate things, the team helped me figure out how to make them work!   Buying our first home was more challenging than I had anticipated. My husband and I had been rejected on about 20 different houses before we finally got an offer accepted. At the time, we were doing our mortgage loan through Wells Fargo. About a week before we signed the papers on the house, Wells Fargo called me to say that our loan "fell through." Thank goodness we were already pre-qualified with Legacy Mutual. Jessica and her team stepped in and did an amazing job closing the deal for us, especially on such short notice. Everyone that we worked with at Legacy Mutual was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded to our inquiries quickly! My husband and I got married last fall and we are so happy to have a place that we can call home during this exciting time in our lives. In a few years, I'm sure we will need a bigger house. When that day comes, I will be sure to skip going through Wells Fargo and work directly with Legacy Mutual from beginning to end!
