  In November of 2020 my husband and I reached out to a well known, big on commercials refinancing company to refinance our home. The process was slow, long, and after four months of zero progress with them, we were told they couldn't finance us. Then we contacted Joe. Our first communication with Joe happened in mid-March and we closed on May 28th! Joe and Brendan were remarkable to work with and they were so efficient and absolutely stellar. Why we didn't go with Joe from the start is definitely our err, but lesson learned. Use Joe, you will not regret it!

  Regardless of if you’re buying a new home or refinancing a current loan, things always come up that can cause major issues. Joe is great at rolling with the punches and figuring out how to get it done, in the same timeframe, with the least headache possible.
