  Worked with 2 agents Jason and Joshua and they posted a sign up by the cornice where only pigeons could see it, and that was after weeks of asking for a sign in the yard. They placed the listing online and put 0 co-broke so no other agents would call, then later said oops it was a mistake and changed it! The worst part is the sale price and the representation, they made it seem like I was the market professional in setting the price and then we got a price that was 25% below market but contracts were already signed. Do not use this company for residential sales, absolutely incompetent and dishonest!

  Completely understand what the person who rated before me was referring to(Chris). As an investor I reached out about one of their listings and was in touch with a guy names Dwane Omar Jones and after he followed up I had a couple of questions he probably wasn't interested in answering and hungup on me while I was mid-sentence. As I seller I would NEVER list anything with anyone who has such attitude and impatience with a possible buyer.
