  I would not recommend this business as they target small business who is struggling with cash flow and offer an MCA loan with high weekly payments. They overleverage the small business and actually create even more cash flow issues for the business. Stay away from any company offering MCA they are all preditory lenders

  DO NOT APPLY FOR THE PAYROLL PROTECTION PROGRAM LOAN WITH CREDIBLY. I spent 90 minutes filling out the form, uploading SENSITIVE information about my business only to find AFTER I submitted it that they are not yet an approved lender of the SBA, but are instead an "Additional Lender". This should have been front and center on the first page of the application process. Deceptive and useless tactic because you can only submit one application so why get in queue behind thousands of other lenders at this crisis driven point in time? Why didn't Credibly become an approved SBA lender years ago? Wall Street money was cheaper and easier? Who knows. Just don't waste your precious time on this company.

  DO NOT USE FOR LOANS!!! Applied for PPP loan mid April received SBA approval 4/30 and cancelled my application without anymore notice on 5/20... Received a FB message asking me to cancel and then push me off to Liberty SBF who was all of a sudden my lender. Ridiculous Circus!! And I’m not the only one. You will be seeing more reviews like this soon.

  Credibly is a very bad company. They don't honor their early payoff discount as promised. I paid off my loan 5 months early and they still charges me in full their interest rate. Customer service is deplorable. They screen phone calls and don't return voicemails. Please stay away from this company. It was not worth it.

To be eligible for the early payoff discount, clients must pay prior to the specified repayment date and there must not have been any Events of Default throughout the payback period. Unfortunately, you were not eligible as there was a missed payment and the Prepayment Request was not executed prior to the specified repayment date.   Not a great experience trying to get funding for a small business. Very long process, very particular and specific with what documentation they needed, so that added to the time-frame, and overall got funding much quicker and easier elsewhere. I recommend looking at other places for financing.
