  Not worth the pain. Definitely switching to another bank ASAP. After doing the same thing for 2 years straight now there is an issue? And apparently all the people that have helped us monthly for the past TWO YEARS have all been doing it wrong? It's one problem with them right after another. Take your money else where!

  You cannot trust what your "available balance" shows online because they resequence your transactions. When a bill is paid online with automatic withdrawal on a specific date and this is verified by said company and registers as paid in that companies system, the bank system says it was insufficient funds several days later even after a "pending transaction" registers on the specific date. They claim to have not been contacted by the company being paid on said date. Their statements are not accurate to other sources. Due to their delay in processing your transactions and clear and deliberate resequencing of transactions, even from their own ATM on site to several days later, you end up having to pay overdraft fees and being in the negative. Keep your receipts, take screenshots. When you can act them about these issues, they backpedal and dismiss they did anything wrong. They will, however, do the bare minimum to resolve the issue. It seems like if you aren't in certain financial status, or click, you don't matter as much as other consumers, but you're good enough to take overdraft fees from after they resequence your transactions and then tell you that you should be more aware of your purchases. I am aware of my pirchases. I am also aware of their habits of resequencing transactions. While it is legal to resequence, it doesn't make it right. And, neither will they. This bank is not good for anyone be who is disabled, low income, and struggling. You will be pushed out, labelled, and targeted deliberately by known predatory bank practices. If you call them on it, watch your account closely, they'll do it again. And then, claim it's your own fault.

  We are sorry to hear of your negative experience. We strive to treat everyone the same no matter their financial status. Your concern that our transactions are re-sequenced is not accurate. Companies that you make purchases at, with your debit card, will send through an initial test to validate that you have funds available in your account. The purchase will show against your available balance but if the company does not send through their transaction in a timely manner the amount of the purchase does drop off the system. Then when the official payment request is actually received from the company, the funds are then sent out of the account. That is the process at any bank that you bank with. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of their own balances, however, we do have the option to have your savings account attached to the checking account so that funds can be withdrawn from it to cover any errors in balance from the checking account without the overdraft fee.   I’m truly disappointed. My husband had to come to your bank for business with one of your account holders and the lady at the drive through thought it would be cute to mock my husbands southern drawl. Totally rude. To bad I wasn’t with him, I would have personally let it be know that it offended him and was unacceptable....

  Their online banking is absolute garbage. When I get my Kasa cash back, they charge me half of that for random atm fees even if I haven't gone to the atm. Nothing shows up in my account so I think I have more money than I actually do and then I get charged over draft fees. Thanks for making someone who is already struggling, struggling even more.

  have used over four local banks over the years.. Tellers are friendly..web site easy for checking and making payments.. Have had several loans ..good rates..It is nice to have a real local person you can talk with.. *****
