  As soon as I walked in this guy gave me a weird look and went to judging . Lied and said my Italian Chain that had already been looked at multiple jewelry locations. Had a magnetic piece on my chain. Sorry for not being the right color!! Never come here..

  im sorry you feel that way, i do feel the need to respond because this isn't what happened. you walked in, i was dealing with a few other people at the time, it eventually became your turn once i got through with them and you put the necklace in the tray. i checked the piece and it had a piece of the necklace , like 1-2 links that were reacting with the magnet, which happens quite a bit if you have a repair job on the piece, we denied buying /pawning the piece because of that, the color wasn't a problem, we just don't buy magnetic pieces at all.

  Wandered in off the street while waiting to meet a friend nearvy, and met Jacob! He was a wealth of information on everything in the store and gave me a wonderful and quick lesson on what they sell! Will definitely be coming back to make a purchase soon!

  I went in a couple days ago to sell some old jewelry that I had and the gentleman who helped me, Jacob, was extremely helpful and patient. His customer service was great! I will definitely do business here again!!

  Will try to rip you off more than a pawn shop in other areas. Tried to offer maybe 5% of what my item was worth to him. If you aren't taking gold or coins, don't bother. Won't even take new condition gaming systems. Guy working in there isn't even nice, just save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  well I see there's a lot of 5 stars and a lot of 1 * so I'm going to go right in the middle of the three because the staff is really nice the young man I think he said his name was Josh was kind of training an older gentleman sharing his knowledge even scheduled me a little bit which I'm always appreciative of but I did bring in a lot of what I thought was gold even bought a self tester kit and did it at home calculated all the numbers including the worth of gold today even calculated it down to if they were to offer me 90 80 or 70% so when I got there they only found one item worth anything and how the rest was supposedly fake I I didn't disagree but I did test them at home and they came back real anyway of the ring that they did decide to make an offer on ended up being 14 carats which I calculated myself as well problem was for some reason I didn't have the calculations for the ring with me I brought in everything else he ended up giving me what I thought was a decent amount I knew it wasn't going to be full value I thought I was walking out with 80% of the value but after I got back into my truck and recalculated it appears that I only got 70% which I had to talk my way up so I think his original offer was only 60% of gold value and I talked my way up to 70 little disappointed and I thought I was walking out with 80 but overall nice staff will probably be back again with some old money that I have so they could take a look at it for me

  Just picked up my Xbox one from the pawn shop and i am so grateful, i was two weeks late and i received a letter saying that my xbox was in jeopardy of being lost so i called and they worked with me. so the owners are brothers apparently and we were joking that they didn't want me to come back so they could play the xbox LOL. but good guys will be back when i need a loan A+

Alex answered all of my questions easily and assuaged my fears while also tempering my excitement with patience and confidence! this is the only place i will buy from in the future!
