  The older “gentleman” was a complete jerk. Refused to work any type of deal, then became combative. This was all after lying straight to my face and getting caught in the lie. Then he ignored me. Their prices are as high or higher then new for their products. Poor costumer service skills and over all unpleasant to deal with. I came here because google had this place valued the highest around but they have been misinformed and should re-evaluate their star rating. Never would I come back here or recommend anyone to this business! He was also rude to another patron and offered them way less then what their item was valued at. I have a lot more to say, but I would rather make my day better then wasting my time on this trash.

  Eric i don't blame them. All they needed to do was show you it would run. Seems you didn't ask for that. Person with UHaul, they have a box on outside of front door for that. Sorry you missed it. I have used them for years and they always help me with kindness and respect! Not ever a problem with me or my family. You go in there acting nice and respectful, you will get same back. All the negative remarks maks me wonder if some are not from competitors. TY Mansfield Pawn... Linda

  2/22/2020— MAD U-Haul Customer: After driving from HOUSTON, I arrived at 12:40AM to do my overnight drop off. They had the place locked up tight all the way around the building. I had to call U-Haul, and luckily they have 24 hour customer service. The lady was agitated as well because, they stated that they’re available for overnight drop offs but, obviously weren’t. I had to drive 20 minutes away to Fort Worth to drop the truck off. Keep in mind I have to have the gas at a certain level so, I had to refill it again due to them not keeping the gate open like they said they would for U-Haul customers. Of course, I don’t get compensated for refilling the tank twice for these dumb peoples mistake. Moral of the story... DON’T DO U-HAUL BUSINESS HERE!!!!

  Went looking for impact drills i try to test it my best, by asking if I could test it on my truck and for being LAZY he did not intent to help me out to test it to max quality, went home tryed and didn't work and went back the same day hours later to return it and they didn't want to give me cash back. I dont recommend anyone to go there and shop. Period. I hand went to the other pawn shop they own down on Debbie' lane and they had better service there. That guy knows who I'm referring too.

  The owner came out cursing at us for no reason both him and his employees are extremely rude he then threatened violence when I was getting in my truck I said to my wife not to him "that is not how you run a business" and he comes running back cursing even more extremely agressive raising his fist coming at me as if he was going to hit me I had a 10month old son sitting in the back of my car... Not at one point did I say one digrasful thing or curse word to him or his employees I was very polite so I don't understand why he was acting the way he was but something definitely needs to change. I was simply trying to trade a few items worth over $700 used over $1300 new for a small trailer that he was asking $175 for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I can think of is discremination and the fact that I recently moved out of state and was back in visiting so my plates show I'm not from here but in my opinion that is no way to treat a potential customer. There'sa shop about half a mile east of him that are very kind a generous and have a much nicer selection of everything

  It’s sad that instead of taking no for an answer you had to resort to this defamatory review. You were just upset that we wouldn’t take your items after the manager had already told you that we wouldn’t. Never once did anyone threaten violence or curse at you or your wife. The owner wasn’t even here by the way. So instead of making outrageous accusations you should think about what you write and see what kind of example you are setting for your child. It’s sad that this day an age people always have to resort to playing race and discrimination cards. We have been in business for over 15 years, and anyone can tell you that this is now how we conduct business. We love our customers and are here to help any way we can!

  READ THIS! I went in to purchase a skull mount One of my best friends had killed several years ago. He was in a very bad place when he pawned it, and I was hoping to purchase it and give it to him for Christmas. I would have given them WAY more Than they paid for it, but they refused. Him killing that Buck was a great memory we both shared and I can’t understand why someone would deny that, especially this time of year.

  Been using them for yrs no problems but they took my tablet home logged on to my account n downloaded music n tv shows to it. When I called to confront them they lied to me n denied it all. They also stole a couple copies of movies that i had on pawn as well. Please don't use them!!! All of my personal info could have n probably was stolen or hacked!!

  Horrible place to go. They refuse to give what you want. Then they give you pennies on the dollar and sell your item without notice. Avoid this place. Customer service is 2 mexicans who would rather act tuff then be polite.
