  Suzanne Johnson Kruger recently helped our family move back to vermont .   Dave helped my fiancé and I lock down a mortgage to purchase a townhouse in Burlington earlier this summer.   I recently purchased my first home in Vermont after dreaming of living here for many years. My family and I relocated from another state. Initially, I tried using a lender that said they specialized in obtaining out of state loans in my own state only to be told the property we wanted was too complex. I came upon Mansfield Mortgage Professionals during an online search and after reading the reviews I was convinced that this was the company I needed to use. Dave Leahey worked with me to obtain my mortgage. It was not an easy process because it was during COVID, but Dave made it a smooth and positive experience.   We had basically given up trying to finance as first time home buyers. No one would consider us for a loan and we were referred to Mansfield Mortgage by another bank after being turned down a third time. Dave worked with us day and night for weeks to make sure our process fell together as smoothly as possible, even with all the hurtles we had. I would definitely work with him again, and highly recommend his business.

  My partner and I have been repeat MMP customers over the past few years. Dave (and his awesome team) helped us through our first home purchase. We had a really (really, really) complicated application. Lots of job-changes, address changes, not a lot in the bank, and plenty of home purchase anxiety. Add to this, your usual transaction complications (crazy appraisal delay, title issues on title issues). I must say Dave was cool as a cucumber, made it all work for us. Just recently he walked us through a refinance, dropping our costs drastically. By the way, his role as intermediary between borrowers and lenders is absolutely essential. I've been CC'd on some of these conversations and let me tell you, he is in there getting you the best deal he can. In this post-mortgage crisis world everyone is afraid to be sold a pig in a poke. I can attest that this company doesn't do anything unless it's in your best interest. I highly recommend Dave Leahey and Mansfield Mortgage Professionals for their outstanding service!

  David brought us through this with a lot of need this and need that , lot of tears and frustation. That said David help to keep us on the up side and we finally closed. In retrospect the whole experience was a good one and would use David again he is honest and willing to help if you are willing to work just as well. Thank you Mansfield Mortgage.

  By far the owner of this company is the worst person to ever work with. I would not recommend him to anyone and warn others to not waste their time either, owner is arrogant and rude. If I could give negative stars I would! However there is other mortgage profecionals who are far more helpful and nicer to work with, I'm sure he has nice employees at this business and wish not to look down on them this was entirely the owner of this establishment that I speak of being so terrible.
