  Michael Burwell has been a huge help from the start. He helped me get my first loan approval when I had no clue how the process worked. He has been trusting, loyal, and a great teacher through the years since then. He is incredibly easy to get a hold of and always makes time even if it is just to answer a few questions.   Wow! Can I just say wow! I first talked with Michael in October 2018 about the possibility of getting a home loan. He filled me in on how to best make that happen and I went to work. Fast forward to the end of April 2019 and I found a home that I wanted to purchase. He went to work and I do mean work. He jumped through every hoop and got me approved for a special rural loan. He carried me thru the ups and downs of escrow and the approvals and I now have a home of my own!!! He's the best!

  I limited this review to 5/ 5 stars but would add an extra few stares if I could. Mike worked hard to help us achieve our dream home. I am confident we could not have done it without him. He remained in constant communication, quickly answering our most simple questions. Even after the close of escrow, he still answered our questions! His service was above and beyond. We highly recommend!

  I contacted Mr. Burwell a couple of months ago when I was interested in purchasing a home in Sacramento. I had already spoken to a a couple of other lenders to get the lay of the land. Mr. Burwell was head and shoulders above everyone I consulted with. His knowledge, skill, and expertise in literally everything related to purchasing a home including market and bond trends, interest fluctuations, and advise on when to lock was unparalleled. While other lenders could not find applicable first time home buyers programs, Mr. Burwell truly went the extra mile to find me the lowest possible interest rate. I would trust this guy with my life. There were nights where he would be at work until after 8pm to make sure all deadlines were met due to my rushed escrow. He's like a Lender Superhero. Thanks to him, I could afford my first home.
