Bob And Bill1I've never felt so unsafe inside a bank I miss Calculated the Money in my account. I was Overdrawn by $44.95 I noticed on the 2nd day and there was already (x2) $35.00 Overdraft Fee Charges which I Understand I did miss calculate my math but Gosh now I'm paying $70.00 Total in Over Draft Fees? So I talked to a Bank Teller about the lady was very nice but her Manager which I didn't get his name was very very Rude and told me he couldn't reverse the Over Draft Fees and that He wants to Close my Bank Account so I was Forced To Pay and leave or be in debt ? I have had a Wells Fargo account since High school lol and Wells Fargo Has Never Been This RUDE to me

Haley Labernik1EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Dude didnt even say his name. Acted as if I was calling his cell phone and bothering him on his day off. Proceeded to say I was in the wrong for my "attitude" when I had none. WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY US BANK EVER!!
