  I was a mortgage lender for 10+ years and know the game quite well. I chose Dan Van Hoose from Mann Mortgage because he is an honest and clear communicator who was able to navigate the headache that was the refinance of my FHA loan. He locked at the right time, and got the sticky refinance completed with plenty of time left on the 30 day lock. We had multiple payoff issues and Dan and his team performed flawlessly in obtaining the data required to close the loan.
