  Over the last couple of years DONALD MOLINA with Mann Mortgage has helped me with 4 mortgages and two refi's. Needless to say Donny has done an awesome job helping me get my home loans and I would 100% recommend working with him. Not only did I get great rates on my properties, but every step of the way Donny and his wonderful support staff helped me get all my paperwork in order and were great communicators. Now having done this process a number of times, you realize how important communication is, especially when dealing with a potentially stressful path of locking in those essential funds. Without a doubt, go to Donny and I have full faith he will do a great job of taking care of you.

  I felt that Eric really wanted me to get this loan. That was different from another mortgage company rep that I had talked to. I was in the customer service business for 14 years and it makes a difference. The customer has to feel you and when they do, they believe in what you tell them.

  Leon Boler was my loan officer. Leon went above and beyond to make sure I would close on my home. He put my mind at ease any time I started to become nervous as we approached the closing date. My situation was unique, buying a house off market with no realtor representing me. Leon stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for making home possible for me.

  Long story short... Eric Bunch at Mann Mortgage was a huge help for us this year. We purchased two homes and he was extremely helpful thru the whole process. When the first home in Reno didnt workout (that's the long story) he was able to help us sell and buy at the same time to get us a home back in Henderson. He made the process very streamlined and he is very personable. Highly recommend Mann Mortgage, specifically working with Mr. Bunch.

  Leon was awesome! He relayed quickly, any info he needed for every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered fast and was available to chat about any portion of the home buying process pretty much anytime of day.   Ismaal Flores has outstanding communication skills and did not hesitate to provide clarification. The process of refinancing was new to me and Ismael made it seem so streamlined and efficient. When requesting documents or actions of me he provided reassurance by explaining why the step was necessary and what i would expect after. I will continue to let my coworkers, friends and family know who to contact for their mortgage finance needs. I do not have any complaints. Thank you for Ismael!
