  Would go zero if I could. Totally flaked out and dropped the ball on her client causing the loan to be escalated to Scott Collins (yes the Scott Collins below who gave a 5 star rating - he is a manager at Fairway, appears they just give each other 5 star reviews). Completely ignored messages and provided zero communication for the transaction. I have been apart of three Fairway transactions and the all have been terrible. Stay away.

  Great service. For the first time home buyer with little knowledge about finance world, Mandi and her team will definitely fight to win your business. They beat other mortgages to get you the best deal. Ask for her broker "Julie Salazar" to take care of you. And you'll bet set and happy.
