  When we chose Megan to complete our mortgage refinance i can 100% say that it was our BEST experince ever. Megan exceeded my very high standards as a fellow mortgage industry professional. Megan has vast knowledge, excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor! Megan and her team closed our refinance transaction in less than 30 days with minimal follow up documentation requests. That is very impressive. We will use Megan for any future mortgage needs.

  Megan is truly a wonderful human and an amazing mortgage lender! She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps you informed and updated through the whole process. As a first time home buyer, she helped us through this and made it way easier than we thought it would be. She genuinely cares about you and getting you into the home of your dreams. Whenever we had questions or needed something (anything really), she rapidly responded. If we had to do this over again, no questions, Megan would be our ledger!

  I am a real estate agent that has done over 50 transactions with Megan over the past 2 years. She is the ONLY loan officer I recommend to my clients. Why? Because she is not only highly efficient/transparent/available at all times, she has the biggest heart for our clients. I could write a novel about all the amazing things she’s done for our clients, honestly. Whether it’s the weekend, after hours, while she’s on vacation, she is there for our clients. In so many of my deals, she was the deciding factor for the listing agent to pick my clients as the winner of the house. She price matches rates. She has access to programs most don’t even know about. She has a great support team behind her at Fairway. She does all the things. There is honestly no one better in the field today.

  Megan helped me get approved in record time! I have a special situation where we had to find a house FAST. She answered any questions I had during my process. Between her and my realtor, I had my pre approval, offer sent, and offer accepted in less than 48 hrs. She made this process so easy for me. I have went through 5 lenders before I met her and having her as my lender was the best decision I made. I have already referred her to 2 of my friends that will be looking to buy homes later this year. So Megan! You’ll hear from them soon! Lol

  Megan was very helpful and responsive during our home purchase. She really moved things along faster than we could've expected with a VA loan.
