  My loan officer Diana was patient, knowledgeable, and provided helpful advices throughout the time working with us. I have worked with other mortgage companies and loan officers in the past, none came close to the attentiveness, availabilities, and clear communication as my experience with Fairway.

  We decided to take advantage our home equity after not finding a house available (rambler) to purchase that would be an upgrade. Our real estate agent referred us to the loan agent that she works with. Mandi walked us through getting our home improvement loan. Everything went very smooth from beginning to end with Fairway Mortgage. We were very satisfied our real estate agent, Julie Salazar who took the initiative to phone us.   Job well done and couldn’t be more than thankful to Ms Rebecca and the team for all the hard work and assistance on our home buying journey! She is amazing! I was in the middle of a job switch during the house hunt, and she was still able to get us thru closing, we got a good low interest rate, plus a lender credit which we end up having a refund after closing. She makes sure you are updated real time all through out the process. Quick to respond to all your concerns no matter what day of the week! Highly recommended!

  Mandi and her team were a pleasure to work with. She made the process simple and easy to understand which was a huge bonus being that I was a 1st time home buyer.
