  I have been going to Malden tax for my taxes for over 5 years. He is knowledgeable, attentive and will accommodate his clients. If I had a tax question, all I had to do was call or email and I would receive a prompt reply. If you need to see him at the weekend, he'll do his best to see me.

  If you want to deal with someone who is unprofessional, rude, and will not return your call this your place my friend. The entire appointment felt rushed as if he had another client waiting outside. Negotiating a price at the end of it was also surprising, especially after the fact he offered a man on the phone (during my appointment) a better deal as if I did not hear him. If you go to this guy, good luck getting a word in.

We learn from our clients feedback and work to develop and improve our customer service quality, however we do not appreciate false and inaccurate feedback to ruin our reputation. You were a returning customer and “ the price negotiation” was just false. We do help our customers understand circumstances of why refunds are delayed and help them gather information if more information is needed, but we can’t go beyond that. MTS Staff

  What a surprise. Being told how my own experience was and lied to again about pricing. I just looked at my bank statement and he clearly charged me $120 for the basic refund. Shameful for an owner to such things but on brand for mounir.

  We have reviewed your family member tax situation,( William Carrey) not Bill. Bill was not in our office. so his return was not a Basic Tax !!! it includes schedule D. William was lucky to have a place like ours to charge him a reasonable fees $120 with schedule-D. Mr!!!!! Bill You were not a customer of ours, but William Carrey was, and he is referring friends and family to write bad reviews, so we will report this matter, and we will have you sued for defamation against a small business.

  We got 1/3rd the tax refund as promised by Mounir. On asking for clarification, he blamed it on the software. If as a CPA he does not do his due diligence in calculating a client's refund, then I dont know if he is worth recommending to anyone.
