  Always pleasant and helpful. Love the drive thru. Only drawback here is parking . When I call with questions they are not annoyed and always answer quickly and simply.

  I have been with this bank many years, over the past six months I have visited the bank to make deposits three times, outside of this I never have the need to go inside. The customer service rep a young man is very rude when speaking to me. Well today he was very rude again and as a result I let him know he was rude and I will be closing my accounts. I wish him well in his career however I refuse to do business where I am talked to in a rude manner. Also the fees at the bank have increased to a point they are no more than the comps. F & M Bank does not charge customers like this bank does. I guess I should thank the rude customer service rep now I will pay little to no fees now that I am closing my accounts here. Very, very rude counter help at this bank.

  I Love the Pedro Malaga Branch there very nice very polite and always treat you like Family 💗 Even through Covid times .. Denise is Wonderful and Always willing to Help in every way and the Rest of Bank Wokers are Amazing 👍Plus the bank is in a Great Location not to far from 🌴Royal Palms 🌴 I would bank there in a Heart 💜 Beat Keep up the Great work Malaga Pedro Branch 🌹🌹🌹
