  The gentleman Paul is very reasonable and worked with me giving extra cash on a recent acquisition because of our rapport and positive transaction history. The team is helpful and friendly adding to the experience. They accept a wide range of goods and offer fair value. Cool little shop with lots of eye candy all around to tantalize your mind while you wait. Highly recommend!

  I absolutely love this pawn shop whenever I am low on money I can bring things here and know that I am getting a fair price the people who work here are also so lovely respectful and have great customer service if you are in need of a loan and need a pawn shop this is your guy

  Best pawn shop in Pedro. They’re not “hoarders” as other reviewers say. They just have an enormous variety of inventory. Everything you could want you’ll find. And it’s not just quantity, but it’s quality also. Paul’s very professional with his business. If he sees you truly truly need the money he’ll do whatever he can so you can get the best offer you can. No matter what this pawn will beat every other pawns shops price. I’m not biased to this shop, I’m always trying to just get the best deal and the best items available. And for some reason I always end up doing business with this pawn and this pawn alone. The other 2 pawns on this 3 block radius don’t compare. When it comes to inventory, price and customer service 1st Pacific Pawn comes out on top. Best pawn shop in Pedro.

  One of the only pawn shops I actually go to when it comes to firearms. Awesome staff, highly knowledgeable about everything they have and just a really fun staff!

  Everything you might expect at a Pawn shop...A Dark, Dirty, Cluttered, store. As they look down at you from above, they throw crumbs hoping to catch treasures. Make no mistake ... the ONLY thing their interested in is themselves.

  The people at 1st pacific pawn are really superior compared to the others in the area. Paul is a caring pawn guy & will work with you if you need a little more money than he originally offers you. He told me that the store policy is that I will never lose my pawn loan if i just keep in contact with him if I make arrangements & need more time to pay . They also have an amazing display of merchandise at good prices. GOLD JEWELRY, DIAMOND RINGS, GUITARS, DESIGNER HANDBAGS and way way more.

  Generally when people have to go to a pawn shop is because something unexpected happened. I went to First Pacific Pawn shop after my dad died. I was expecting people trying to take advantage of my situation , and what I found was Paul. He is the owner. He has a big heart. He made the process so easy and fast. He sees you as a person, not as dollar signs. He is patient, he explains everything into detail and honestly he is very fair. So, if you ever find yourself in need to visit a pawn shop, don’t hesitate to visit this one. You will be happily surprised!

  Got screwed at this place. Bought a banjo with a cracked neck. Took back the next day and they would not refund anything but tried to glue back together. Basically banjo in unplayable and I just through in the trash and out a couple hundred. I would always avoid buying music instruments at a pawn shop. Learned my lesson

  Matt, I have checked our records and we did not sell you this banjo. we do not have nor have we sold a used banjo in a long time. the only banjos we have are brand new ones. we guarantee just about every thing we sell (even used items) and i find it highly unlikely that you did not play it before you bought it so given that you probably played it and liked it when you bought it. I find this review to be false. Please come in and show us the banjo. you will probably go to another shop that sold you this. if you don't have the time, you can call me about this, Paul 310-832-5742
