  I’ve been a Realtor for over 20 years and I can say without a doubt that Michael is a true professional at his craft. Michael walked my client through multiple scenarios ( first time buyer) he was able to find a solution for my client that ended up saving my buyer hundreds a month from the scenario that was being presented by another lender. Michael has a way to make your client feel like they are the only client he is currently working with. Michael was always available for possible questions and he was awesome at giving myself and the listing agent detailed updates.   Working with Harbor View Funding, and more specifically, with Micheal Mannino was an amazing experience. Buying or refinancing a home can be a stressful and complicated affair, but Micheal made me feel like I was in good hands. He was super informative, patient, and proactive. He was always very responsive and never let me feel like I was asking dumb questions (even though I know I had a few). My process was a little unique with a lot a little road blocks and rare hurdles to cross, but Micheal was there every step of the way and knew a lot about every aspect.   Mike was incredible!! My first home refi he walked me through every step! Was always available to answer my dumb questions and put me at ease. Old school business style answers calls first time or sends a text saying he will call me in meeting.. this is very important to me.   It was our first time using harbor view funding as our lender and this is our 4th property purchase.We must say that this was the BEST experience ever !!!!Michael Mannino was very professional and super helpful with everything that came up during the process.He was very responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns,walked us through the process with ease and most importantly he got the job done and SAVED us tons of money with great rates!!!!!!catered to all of our needs and request....He is SUPER PATIENT and KNOWLEGEABLE...We went for a traditional conventional loan. Our offer got accepted right away because he made sure our loan approval was strong and clean ,almost as good as cash offer.....and we wer ready to close in 17 days!!!! ( but the seller asked for extention so we wer ok with it) Michael also works with the BEST realtors also Autumn and Cassidy which we have been using for our past 3 transactions. We are still in disbelief that we just closed on our dream beach house in California!!!! We immediately referred them to family and friends since everyone was asking how did we do it...
