  I walked in with absolutely no clue where to go or how to open a business bank account and the folks here were so friendly and quick to help me get just what I needed! Highly recommend. Nicest people, great service!

  I have been using this bank for 4 years. It has the best customer service I have ever received. I call with a question or banking problem and they answer my questions quickly and accurate! They give answers faster than McDonalds gets me through the drive thru!

  Very disappointed in the service here. As a victim of identity theft, they should have policies in place that do not further degrade the potential customers. I have already been through so much to get the identity theft resolved and they are not willing to allow an exception for opening an account even with police reports. They initially opened the account and then later closed it prior to giving me an explanation. Until they change their policy to accommodate situations like mine, my opinion remains the same. They go by the book and strict policies that better them, not the customer.

  Great service and people. After having a few unsatisfactory experiences with other Clermont banks Mainstreet Community Bank really shines as a leader in the Clermont area. Thanks a bunch!

  Its like home here! We chose to do our personal banking where it is actually personal!! As a busy family with three littles, they have gone above and beyond to make banking easy. Its like the good old days when people treated you like people and not another $$$.

  Horrible customer service,it's like pulling teeth to get answers from them,after getting it straightened out, they lost our documents we needed to open the account.not going back, plenty of Banks in this town that don't treat you like a second class citizen.

  A waste of my time. Spent an hour there to open my account. After I left, I received a call that they are closing the account. No explanation or anyone to talk to about it. Waste of my time.
