      Slowest lobby bak on the planet. 45 min in line to be waited on by a lady with an attitude. I'm sorry you haven't had a break, but I dont run the bank and I just stood here for 45 min of my Saturday to get a cashier's check. Poor excuse for a bank and on January,. Pulling all my money out! Tired of lousy service Worst bank in the world, you can't get help when you need it

      Would give zero stars if I could. BofA has the worst customer service. I have been in line for 45 min to cash a check inside. They have one teller working and there are 10 people behind me. They have employees taking their breaks during the busiest times. Poorly run business model for sure!

      I have been banking here for 17 years. I have no idea what has happened to them. First no one ever answers the phone. Today we went in and the computers were down. To save us another trip I tried calling but again no answer. They held up my pension checks for 2 weeks because of a scanning error and I had to make an appointment to see someone in 2 weeks. The service now is HORRIBLE!I am changing Banks as soon as possible.This is no way to run a bank. No phone numbers I called answered either.It is next to impossible to get help. At the very least they need people at the branch level to answer the phones.I do not drive and now I have to arrange another trip today to see if the computers are up and running. Disgraceful.

      If I could give 0 I would. Terrible experience yesterday 01/21/21. This was my first time at this branch and the bank teller flat out profiled me. I came to cash a personal check my an owner of one of the locations I work at. He writes us a monthly bonuses always cashed them with no problem. And get this he banks through them as well. She constantly questioned me. Never even ran my check through the machine just looked over it SEVERAL times. And just flat out told me he would have to write me another check because that one they can't cash. Today I went to the branch in Winter Haven I was in and out less than 5 mins. Just had to insert my debit verify my pin and the bank teller deposited right into my account. I will be there on Monday with the owner. This will be addressed. I wanted to cry because how I was treated. And I'm never the one to pull the race card but this time that was definitely the case. After I've been heard and something is done I will never ever visit this location again!

      I have had to schedule appointments to be able to meet with someone about my account three times. Each time it is a two week wait. Still having problems after the first two appointments. I just got an email that Bank of America cancelled my upcoming appointment this week. Terrible service at this branch!

      Super long lines,the service is not bad,but dont put your money in these bank its always a problem in the 9 years i been a client i had my card scam more than 20 times(they have 0 security)i had to replace my card and card numb in all my bills 20 times because keep happening its not a bank to trust ,they told you something and they do some thing else,they lie to you and you trust them then you see youself in a situation with out been able to use you own money horrible ,dont your gonna save so many headaches

      Just had a lousy experience with one of the Relationship Bankers (they call them) Manuel Caballero (which means Gentleman in English by the way), and this guy is anything but !! Rude, lazy, and didn't want to call the back office to assist me at all !! The assistance manager "Tony" is no better!! Both are worthless in my opinion. Luckily Vanessa Shukri, Relationship Banker a true professional stepped up and assisted me. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this branch . For some reason standards have gone down and the level of training and professionalism just isn't there for everyone. Considering closing all of my accounts!! Very bad service!!

      Bank of America has the worst customer services of any bank I have ever did business with. This afternoon for instance there was over four people in line only two tellers on duty. After about a ten minute wait I was able to do my transaction which by then there was six to seven people in line one teller closed her window to go to lunch leaving one teller to deal with both business and personal banking. However there was a greeter and two other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing

      I literally had to give up and just walk out of there today because a MANAGER couldn't communicate in English. He got someone from BOA on the phone to assist....she couldn't communicate w/ him either. All I wanted was to order a new credit card swiper. I wasn't speaking in riddles. Just simple short sentences. Might be time to move my accts. Update: Closed accts. Found new bank. Trying now to get bank statements for first 3 months of 2020 so I can do my taxes. No one even answers the phone. Have low expectations, patience, and time to waste if you want to use this branch.

      Would give ZERO stars if possible! Stood in line over 20 mins over 12 people standing in line and left when the same 5 people in front of hadn’t moved! Two tellers helping the same two people. Plenty of personal bankers wandering, and a manager who couldn’t even apologize to those waiting or “take ownership” and open a teller booth. I worked for this place years ago, same politics then same now. Can see why this branch rates so low. This was Monday at 10am not even a Friday. What a joke. This bank is more like a government agency or the DMV but worse, at least they’re more friendly and efficient last I went. Dreadful.
