  We worked with Mark V. He was amazing and very helpful. We moved from Virginia to Maine with no chance of coming to Maine before we closed on our home. This was extremely nerve-wracking but with the help of Mark and our amazing realtor, they made it all happen. Even through any hiccups, Mark was amazing at getting things fixed, for the loan aspect, right away! We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication he gave.

  I have known Mark for a very long time. After my husbands unexpected passing last year, I needed to refinance to stay in the home I have lived in for over 24 years.   We went through a consolidation refi, paying of 2 mortgages with a new one. This was not that simple though as bot loans had been through modifications due to the pandemic. Mark worked closely between the mortgage company and us to get through all of the complications and get the job done. Thanks Mark for staying on top of things and getting the job done!

  Mark has a wide variety of options for us to choose from and was VERY responsive to us at all hours of the day, including weekends, so that we could make our application outside of our own work hours. The level of service is outstanding--highly recommend working with Mark!
