  The entire staff at Northpoint Mortgage are great to work with, particularly Casey and Brandy. We have used Northpoint in the past as well, and our experience each time has been excellent!   I just completed my second home purchase with Northpoint Mortgage and Brandy, Casey, and team were, once again, stellar to work with. Attentive, quick to respond/explain specific details as well as the process in general, regular check-ins, even short videos to explain where I was in the process. Shout-out to Brandy specifically who has a delightful effervescence about her, is friendly and personable, and also knows her stuff.   All I can say is WOW! I literally called 7 other mortgage lenders and due to my work circumstances from covid, nobody would even consider giving me a loan.   I don't think I can say enough good notes on how Northpoint Mortgage has been such a crucial part in guiding us through the home buying process. Excellent and consistent communication throughout, quick response to any and all questions we had, and most importantly when our personal situation got complicated they stuck with us and treated us like family, guiding us through the challenges and all the way to the closing on our new amazing home and next step for our family.   Highly recommend the team at Northpoint Mortgage! Everyone was very easy to work with and super helpful. We worked very closely with Brandy and she really took to time to make us feel comfortable every step of the way. Answered all questions thoroughly and quick to respond. Even though this wasn't our first time buying a home, it was our first time doing new construction so the process was very different. We felt like we were in good hands and couldn't be happier with them!

  I’ve used this team 3 times now and each time has been a wonderful experience! Whether you’re buying a home or refinancing, every step of the process is explained to you in great detail. You know exactly what’s happening and what comes next. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!
