  I have been a 26 year BOA client with multiple accounts both personal and business. This branch manager Maria is terrible, she is condescending to the clients, has no people skills, chews her food while talking to clients. Definitely bottom of the barrel. #MariaBerezovsky

  Definitely one of my favorite branches! The whole team there always is very helpful! Ed, Maria, Dave, and the rest! Truly and forreal! I appreciate Bank of America and it’s definitely my favorite bank.

  Very nice helpful people so far the best they are willing to help even if you don't have appointment schedule is other locations around other ones to be specific I have 3 locations closer but they require to make a three wait appointment for something that can be done in 5 minutes. This place is always open you know bank hours. Good people is worth the drive.

  This is a very good branch. Instead of waiting for the customer to approach them behind counter. There is usually a person near the entrance proactively asking if she/he can provide any assistance. Liane is friendly, patient and professional. She provided a one-stop service, so I do not have to struggle how and where to get my things done! I highly recommend this branch!

  The worst drive thru ATMs ever. Its either down and out of service, or you can't use the deposit function. Which leads to long wait times and long lines.

  I went in to talk to somebody about a cashing a cash management check and was told by someone in the back office told me she couldnt help me and to get in line. This has got to be one of the worst Bank of America in the state. Customer Service was awful here and I'm not coming back.

  Branch manager was the most rude/racist and unprofessional human being I have come into contact with... she racial profiled me and from then on I felt like I was literally kicked out of the Branch I left there and took my business elsewhere no issues with bank only the interaction I had with this woman was enough

  Staff is friendly enough it's just always, always, always busy the bank is simply not big enough to handle the amount of people who bank here.
