  I have delt with many loan agents in the past few years, Ken Kee and Magnum Home Loan stand out as the most capable and efficient I've ever had so far. I was applying for two loans at the same time, and I was not sure if both would be approved on time. As it turned out, both loans were approved as soon as the lender received the documents, without a single incident. The interest rate was great, and the efficiency during the process was very impressive.

  So I have gotten loans before with this company and it was fine but with mortgage you can't make mistakes because buyer and seller are under contract. I was under contract for a property. I was told I need to extend my appraisal contingency which I did for a week. Then next day they say I have to extend it for a month. Which is ridiculous. Seller clearly refused and I was left to either to find another funding source or loose my 2k earnest money. What could be worse from a mortgage broker.
