  Jeff is great! I worked with Jeff for our original mortgage several years ago, and I got in touch with him again recently to refinance our loan through Magnolia Home Loans. To start with, Jeff was able to give us a rate and closing costs that was significantly better than any other lender we talked to. He worked closely with us every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. He coordinated everything with the appraiser and title company, and kept us well informed of where we were in the process. And everything closed ahead of schedule! This was our first time refinancing our home, and Jeff made the process super seamless and easy.
