  This is the second mortgage we've gotten through Michael. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, not only about mortgages, but about finances in general. Michael's attention to detail and ability to handle any issue that arose made what could have been a difficult situation easy. I'll never go to anyone but Michael for a mortgage unless he's not licensed in the state I'm buying in.

  Fairway Mortgage was easy going through the loan process by internet. They asked for particular and exact paperwork to be sent to them and it was fast, easy and efficient method. I certainly would use them again if the need arises. Everyone there was helpful and supportive, especially Michael Himmelrick.

  We had a horrible experience trying to get a loan through Bank of America, where we thought we were set to close and the underwriters did not approve us 2 weeks before our closing date, but luckily my realtor referred us to Jeremy Halpin with Fairway and he completely saved us! He was even able to get us a better loan option where the Bank wouldn't even consider that. He and his team are amazing and I would absolutely reccomend them to everyone!
