  When I refinanced for the house, the mortgage was sold to Magnolia Bank. To pay off my loan, I initially called the bank, and I was told that the payoff statement would be sent out by mail the next day. But after a week or so, I still had not received the payoff statement and called the bank again. The response was that I still needed to wait. But the statement has never arrived even after raising multiple concerns. Two weeks after my initial request of the payoff statement, I ended up with checking my payoff statement online through the mortgage website and made the payment via wire transfer (of course at my own expense). Basically, I have wasted about two weeks and in the meantime I had to pay additional interests accrued everyday. They refused to refund all interests I paid during this period, and their response was like "anything lost in mail is not our responsibility, but yours." It is so frustrating and disappointing to see this type of business practice.

  I have banked with them for a few months. And they are amazing. The bank manager Jonathan Chenault is awesome. He has definitely went above and beyond for me. Can't imagine banking anywhere else.

  Interest rates aren’t anything special, but the banks never left a bad taste in my mouth. I rarely have issues and when I do they aren’t issues for long. Not only this location, but all of them, have friendly and efficient staff. I’m very loyal to this bank.
