PNC Bank Reviews

Maranda Hatfield1I had just opened an account and went in to help get assistance with setting up online banking and the woman assisting me was very rude and raised her voice at me. I was in no way rude to her. Not a very friendly bank. Do not recommend.

Dawn Wietfeldt1Drive up was terrible. Tried to drop off checks for deposit which had account number on the back of the checks. Teller refused to fill out a deposit slip because it was from a business. I have never had a teller tell me that. She was just being lazy. Than she clicked off the TV monitor so I couldn't even see her or talk to her. I left. I will be glad to go to Fort Knox Federal Credit Union or Wesbanco where they aren't afraid to take the time help you out. Poor excuse for customer/Business appreciation. Also, Saw the may other reviews on this branch and I am now, not surprised as to how I was treated.

Average Jomo1The employees of this branch are wonderful to work with. But whoever is in charge of making personnel decisions is horrible. One person working the drive through meanwhile cars are wrapped around the building. It took me an hour and twenty mins just to deposit a check. This place has been absolutely terrible throughout COVID-19. First they got rid of the other location and have let this one go down the drain. Going to be searching for a new bank.

Kentucky Sapper5Switching to PNC Bank has been one of the best decisions I've made. I read through some of these comments and I can say that: 1. I've never been treated rudely at PNC. NOT EVER. 2. Most of the people giving poor reviews are complaining about overdraft fees. Simply put, EVERY BANK CHARGES OVERDRAFT FEES. Be responsible and keep track of your accounts and what you spend. Don't blame the bank for your irresponsibility. 3. PNC's ATM banking is second to none. You can deposit cash and checks directly into the ATM and if you forget your ATM card, you can access the ATMs via your phone/app. 4. Every person at the Elizabethtown branch has always been helpful. 5. One person complained about the driveway access? Duh! That was the road department that blocked one of the entrances off so that they could tear up and redo the side street next to the branch. You would lower a business' overall Google rating for something they have zero control over? If you read this, I'd encourage you to edit your rating just out of decency. 6. PNC's transaction dispute process is the easiest I've had -- well, tied with Capital One's. They give you a provisional credit immediately and they do the entire investigation on your behalf. I love the power of a big bank behind my money.

Cynthia Burch Horton3Why was their entrance taken out from Dixie Hwy? Now I have to cut through the liquor store parking lot to get in. I have been with PNC since 2007 when it was National City and stayed with them even when I moved about 30 miles from the nearest branch so I don't want to fool with changing banks. I do wish they'd open a branch in Munfordville, there is a vacant bank building there, been vacant at least 7 years. Would be convenient. Especially since they closed the Smith's Grove location.

Sarah Oliverthhh1Not sure why Crystal the assistant branch manager feels the need to lie to customers, but apparently that’s how she likes doing business. Horrible customer service from management. Love Margaret she’s the sweetest and the tellers are awesome as well but after my conversation with Crystal I’m thinking of changing banks altogether!

Wayne Milam1Do you like fees? Then I've got a bank for you! Online banking: sure as long as youre cool with nothing updating between 3pm and 3am, so you can be certain those overdraft fees stack up in the middle of the night! Got a business account? Great! They'll be sure to change the terms on it so they can charge you fees for DEPOSITING TOO MUCH CASH!

Jake Smith1Has to be the worst PNC bank in business period. The customer service is horrible from a few of the tellers especially Rachal. They are rude and not at all friendly, every time I go there it’s like they are mad that they are there-if you don’t like your job then leave. They need a lot of training in customer service, you go to any other branch (Radcliff) and they are friendly and treat customers with respect-not at this branch in Elizabethtown. I can see why they have a 1.9 rating and that may be on the high side. Stay away.

Nancy1We just moved to town and wanted to open a new account at PNC. We walked in at 3:30 and were told by an older lady with dark hair and glasses that it was 3:30 and it takes 45 minutes to open an account and to come back tomorrow. We intended to deposit the proceeds from the sale of our home there. NOT HAPPENING!! First, I can't believe it should take 45 minutes to open an account and second, this is NO way to treat any customer! Needless to say, we will find another bank to leave our money at.

Corey Hack1Charged me to cash a PNC check. Yes you read that correctly. PNC Bank charged me, to cash a PNC check.
