  Where to start with the amazing Mae! I reached out to her in August saying my mom was looking to move to Port Angeles and wanted to see some houses. Did my mom have her current house sold? Loan approval? A Mortgage Officer? Nope! But that didn't stop Mae from diving right in to help my mom see what was on the market, get connected to a local finance officer, help her understand when she would be ready to start making offers, and all the while she still took the time to show us properties just so she could help my mom figure out what she even wanted to buy. We could text Mae about a property and she would get back to us with the full inside scoop within a day - she seems to know everyone and had such great insights on neighborhoods, pricing history, days on market, everything. And that was all before my mom even was ready to put in an offer! And once she found her house, Mae came out swinging for her in every direction. Handled the Inspection, calls to the title company, talked with surveyors and roofers, coordinated financial stuff, negotiated with the buyer - all the standard stuff I suppose but she always seemed three steps ahead at every turn. And even when my mom felt we had a deal, Mae said let's do just a little bit better and saved my mom another 5K. She saw the space to do it without hurting anything, and it's just those little moves that made everything so easy for us. I would absolutely recommend Mae to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

  WOW!!! And there is no way to express that any other way. Mae was absolutely outstanding. She took time away during a business trip to interview over the phone with me and answered all the questions I had , which made my decision very easy. She never "Sugar Coated" anything and was always up-front and honest in her responses, advice and recommendations. Anytime I needed to talk to her, she was always available and very responsive to any question I had. Since I was not able to be in town to take care of all of the little details with the sale of the house, she took care of just about everything. Without her taking care of all those details, the sale of the house would have been extremely difficult. All the contractors she hired did an amazing job on getting the house ready for the market. A 5-Star rating does not do Mae justice. If I could give her a 100+ star rating I would. Anyone who is looking at hiring an agent to sell or buy a home in western Washington, they would be in good hands with Mae. Looking somewhere else for a different agent, would be a mistake. There is no way to say thank you enough for everything Mae did.

  Mae, I'm stunned. It looks gorgeous. You and Elijah did a great job. The house hasn't looked this good since we first moved in on Apr 4, 2004. Thank you for all of your hard work. I love it. Mae lives up to her reputation and then some. She mostly worked with my son and was so helpful and professional and we both very impressed with her skill and work ethic.   Should be 100 stars for Mae. She went above and beyond to sale our home. She checked in with us often to see how everything was going and if we needed anything, she was there. She takes her time...there's never a rush from her and she was excellent at listening and explaining everything with such interest and care. Mae is a woman of integrity and the passion for her job shines through her warmth and friendliness. It's like we are part of her family. Like I said, 100 stars for Mae. Thank you Mae for everything.   When I first met Mae it was that she made a phone call to me to me and it was a fluke I believe ; but now I think my angels sent her to me! This woman became my guardian angel and although I didn't buy a house through her, I ended up buying a home in Olympia Washington because I couldn't find anything in this area that was in my price range, she remained there for me and helped me through the process. If you want someone who is going to be right there at your side every moment to help you through this process Mae Graves is the one for you. She will go and beyond anything I've ever seen as far as helping and communicating with you I found her to be quite personable, very affluent and very knowledgeable of the area .   Above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Mae graves real estate! .from the beginning of the sale of our home, Mae was there every step. My wife and I had never sold a house before . We had many questions. And to every question Mae had and answer and always responded promptly literally any time of day or night! Her professionalism and expertise brought a sense of comfort and confidence that even though we were first time home sellers, we had made the right choice with Mae! And yes our house sold ..very quickly! And very smoothly..watching a professional work the way Mae does is incredible. !!   I bought 24 acres of vacant timber land on Blue Mountain about 26 years ago. I fell in love with the land, the trees, and the view. Due to health issues in my family, I was unable to build my dream home as planned. I decided to sell the land last Fall.   Mae Graves was the best realtor I could have asked for .I simply told her what we were looking for and she stayed on it .she sent lots of places for me to look at in the price range we asked for...she didn't seem like she was in it for here $ she actually wanted all parties to be happy with the sell.
