  I would highly recommend M4 to anyone buying or selling a home!! They listed my home on a Tuesday, had open houses on Sat. And Sun. and I got and accepted an offer on Tuesday. They literally sold the house in one week. The rest of the process was handled professionally and friendly. If you need a real estate agent don’t hesitate to call M4!!

  Matthew responded to our request for listing info promptly and presented an outline of what services he and M4 would provide. When we picked him to sell our house he did exactly what he said he would. His thoughts on buyers response was spot on and sale closed as and when expected. We would recommend Matthew and M4 for any real estate needs. He and his team are terrific.

  Matt at M4 sold our cabin for us. He and his team were extremely professional, communication was awesome and he got us way more than we were even asking. Would not go with anyone else! Their office is right there in Hoodsport and they know the area well! Loved their services!

  Efficient, knowledgeable, professional and above all SUCCESSFUL! Corey, my agent was thorough and extremely well versed on properties in my area.   I worked with Corey to sell several properties for an estate I was managing. He was very responsive, helpful, and professional. He takes very professional photos of the property inclusive of a overhead tour of the property. I think that gives people a better perspective and drives interest in the property. Would highly recommend him.
