  I had a great experience with Scott Rosenthal and his team. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. Being able to call Scott personally at practically any time of day was hugely helpful. Scott is great to work with and is always willing to get you the information you need to make a confident decision on your mortgage options and down payment. They got my settlement through in record time and I was very comfortable with my total cash to close amount. I highly recommend Scott and his team!

  I've worked with Scott Rosenthal at Apex on two different occasions. We enjoyed working with him so much on our initial mortgage that we contacted him again for our refinance. Scott is a great guy to have on your team. In both mortgages, Scott provided options that I had never even considered. I definitely felt like Scott was doing his best to make sure that we made the best decision for us. I've referred multiple friends and neighbors to Scott. I highly recommend Apex without reservation.

  This is a really good company to work with and I would highly recommend talking with Scott before getting your next mortgage. They were able to close quicker and on better terms than their competitors (and I talked to probably 10 other lenders before choosing to work with Scott). He was a straight shooter and I always felt like he was above board. Everyone there was pleasant and professional to work with and they took ownership of any issues as they arose. There is a little room for improvement on some aspects of communicating options (like owner's title insurance options and pricing) and other calculations, but as soon as I raised the issue the team resolved it quickly and effectively. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and outcomes. I will use them again and recommend them highly to friends and family. They are really excellent people to work with in an industry that tends to be the opposite.

  Scott, Kait, and the whole team at Apex helped us out so much. As first time home buyers, we weren't entirely sure what was expected at first or what all we'd need. They were available like they said they'd be (which wasn't the case for some other companies we were shopping around for) and they answered all our questions quickly. Plus, they were remained cognizant of the time difference and never called ridiculously early in the morning. I really appreciate all their help.
